Designed to make the most of its waterfront setting, this 6-bedroom home welcomes up to 16 guests for days spent between the sound and the sea and evenings watching the sun set from the decks.

Inside, expansive windows fill the home with natural light and showcase beautiful water views. The open living area flows into a well-appointed kitchen featuring quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a large island made for gathering. A wet bar adds another convenient space for entertaining, while the elevator makes moving between levels—and bringing in luggage and groceries—easy.

Step outside and Tide Chateau really shines. Multiple waterfront decks, including a rooftop deck, give you plenty of places to take in the views, enjoy the coastal breeze, or settle in for one of Topsail’s spectacular sunsets. As evening arrives, unwind in the private hot tub overlooking the sound and enjoy a slower pace by the water.

At Tide Chateau, you don’t have to choose between life on the sound and days at the beach. Enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting right outside your door, while the closest public beach access is conveniently located approximately .33 of a mile away.

Start the morning with coffee overlooking the sound, spend the afternoon with your toes in the sand, and return home to rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before relaxing in the hot tub or heading up to the rooftop deck for sunset.
