  Tyler Adams

  Tyler’s connection to Coastal North Carolina began at age 4, when his Dad was stationed at Camp Lejeune. He quickly fell in love with Topsail Island, spending many hours competing with his family to see who could hunt the most shark teeth.

  While earning his degree at NC State, Tyler joined Treasure Realty in 2011 as a summer inspector in the Vacation Rental department. What started as a seasonal role grew into a long-term career in real estate. By 2016, he had made North Topsail Beach his home, enjoying daily oceanfront sunrises.

  Over the years, Tyler advanced into the role of Associate Rental Director at Treasure Realty. He is grateful to have built lasting partnerships with both homeowners and guests while overseeing operations, acquisitions, and client/customer relations. Following the sale of Treasure Realty’s rental division in 2022, he continued serving the Eastern NC market as a Realtor, earning the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Silver Award in 2024 and the Gold Award in 2025.

  During that time, Tyler’s family also grew as he and his fiancé Deaven welcomed their daughter, Juniper, in 2024 and their son, Forester, in 2026. Today, Tyler brings the same commitment to service and relationships into everything he does. In his free time, you’ll find him at home with his family – preferring nothing more than a day spent in his backyard pool with his three German Shepherds nearby and a game on the TV.

  Isaac Baker

  Topsail Island has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up vacationing here, making family memories here, and eventually building much of my career around this island and the people who love it.

  My history with Treasure goes back more than two decades. I joined Treasure Realty in 2000, working alongside family as the company grew into one of the most trusted names in Topsail Island vacation rentals. Over those years, I learned the business from the inside: homeowners, guests, operations, seasons, pricing, and the little details that make this market different from anywhere else.

  Today, my focus is pricing and revenue strategy. I help owners understand how their homes fit into the market, how to compete wisely, and how to make confident decisions based on real data, local knowledge, and experience. Pricing is numbers, but it is also judgment. It takes knowing the island, knowing the homes, and understanding what guests value.

  I live near Topsail with my wife, Amy, and our five children. This place is personal to me. It is not just a market or a destination; it is where my family has made memories, where I have worked for most of my adult life, and where I still believe the best kind of hospitality is built on trust, care, and local relationships.

  I am excited to be part of this new chapter with Treasure Vacation Rentals. In a lot of ways, it feels like coming home, but with fresh tools, fresh energy, and a renewed commitment to serving owners and guests well.

  Tim Baker

  To Tim Baker, Topsail Island is home. Fueled by faith and family, Tim’s heart lies in Eastern North Carolina. A native, born and bred in Onslow County, he played sports for White Oak High School in Jacksonville, spent his summers at the local beaches with family and friends, formed lifelong relationships with the community he reveres, plus met his beautiful wife, Patty, in the tenth grade.

  A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill in 1987, he was one of the original founders of Treasure Realty, along with Richard Baker, his mentor. One of the founders of Treasure Vacation Rentals, Tim is an expert in the field of vacation rental management and understands the property owner experience, as well as what a guest expects. A property rental veteran, he has managed 100,000 plus vacations. As the current founder and president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Treasure, his education, experience, and proficiency in the real estate field complement each other as he serves the community he calls home.

  Tim is an expert in residential and commercial sales, real estate development, and has a vast knowledge of tenant/landlord law. His extensive expertise and experience are assets to his professional relationships, but that’s not all; as a local commercial, residential, and multifamily investor himself, he understands the depth of concern of the people he serves, which offers his clients a compassionate and considerate partner. As Theodore Roosevelt spoke about the arena, Tim has been where his clients are going, and he understands the process and risk of making substantial, important financial decisions.

  Tim is devoted to service in and out of the community. At the core of his heart, Tim loves to serve; he is on the board of Map International, a Christian global health organization that brings life-saving medicine and health services to people in need around the world. He and his wife, Patty, are the owners of the Salt and Light Christian Center which hosts many church, youth, and business retreats on Topsail Island. He attributes any successes to his Lord Jesus Christ, his family, friends, and trusted co-workers.

  He and Patty live on North Topsail Beach and spend as much time as they can with their two children and daughter-in-law, who are all UNC Chapel Hill alumni; Go Heels! Their daughter, Carly, is an attorney in Raleigh; their son, Ty, is a multi-state retail entrepreneur; and their daughter-in-law, Allison, is a pediatric ICU nurse at Duke. Tim and Patty love using their season tickets to UNC basketball and football games as well as Carolina Hurricane games. Tim does not see real estate as a job, he sees it as a moment to bloom where you are planted.

  Rachel Eyster

  Raised on the Eastern Carolina Coast, Rachel understands what draws people to the Greater Topsail Area and has always known that her personal and professional success is because of the Grace of God working through her gifts.

  She quickly realized her call to service to offer a full-service vacation rental management to the community she calls home. Beginning as a corporate bookkeeper, she has been with the Treasure Team for over ten years. Rachel found her love of real estate on Saturdays, taking reservations in the rental department and answering phones in the sales department. She quickly found her passion and continued to grow in various roles, wherever she was needed, until ultimately she found herself leading the team. Her attention to detail and commitment to clients and customers shines through her work.

  Ambitious to the core, Rachel graduated from college, earned her real estate license, and received her MBA from UNC Pembroke within two years. Her yearning to continue learning never ceases, nor does her desire to educate students at her startup, Rising Tides Real Estate Academy, where she offers mandatory continuing education courses.

  Her deep connection to her work is fed by like-minded colleagues she deeply trusts who share a commitment to treat all around them like family. When she’s not helping people create memories on the coast, she spends time with her family at the beach, frequenting local restaurants, and taking nature walks.
