Oyster Lane 208 - Casa De Playa

The backyard at Casa De Playa is fenced in, which is a rare find on the island. Inside that fence there is a fire pit and an outdoor bar area, so an evening can start outside and stay there.

The beach and the water
The house has views of both the ocean and the sound. Morning coffee comes with the sunrise over the ocean, and the sun sets on the sound side. The house is near the ocean, and when you come back from the beach, the outdoor shower takes care of the sand before anyone goes inside. Fishing, golf and a public boat ramp are all nearby.

Out back
After the outdoor shower, the outdoor bar area in the fenced backyard is the place to sit down with a drink. Once the sun goes down over the sound, the group can move over to the fire pit and stay outside as long as the evening allows.

Inside the house
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a coffee maker for easy breakfasts before the beach. There is a smart TV, cable or satellite service and Wi-Fi, and every bedroom has a TV of its own. A washer and dryer handle the beach towels, and room darkening shades help anyone who wants to sleep past sunrise. The house has a bathtub. Ceiling fans in every bedroom keep the air moving on warm nights.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. Every bedroom has a TV and a ceiling fan.

Pets are welcome. The standard allowance is two pets. More than two may be considered, but they must be requested and approved before booking. A pet fee applies.
Exterior cameras are in the front and back yards.
Events are not permitted, and the house is non-smoking.
The person renting must be at least 21.
Parking is at the house, and the house has air conditioning.
