Ocean View Lane 145 - Sea Breeze

Absolutely love this house - the location offers privacy and a safe, easy to cross road to semi-private beach access. The meal seating area was plentiful for everyone and you could see the ocean through the ocean front houses. Also plenty of parking space and the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in my 30 years of beach house renting. Unfortunately the 5 burner electric stove top had problems - only 3 burners worked which caused breakfast and dinner delays. There’s a second refrigerator and a big screen tv in the ping pong room. Unfortunately no electric outlet near the tv so not useable in that room. Would also be nice to have had a tv in every king/queen bedroom. And one queen bed was actually only a full I believe. Overall, we loved our first visit to Top Sail!!

Beautiful home! Tons of space. Close to the beach. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend. We had 17 total people and never felt on top of each other. Loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean, beautiful and peaceful. Close enough to everything but just far enough to be quiet and private.

This house was amazing. Very peaceful and private. Perfect accommodation for myself and family. Perfect accommodations for my large family and very spacious. We had so much room it was hard to keep up with each other. Can’t wait to come back to this hidden gem!

This home was beautiful the only negative was very little pots and pans to cook with two small skillets and two small pots for a home that holds 28 people plenty of dishes cups and serving bowls it also needs a gas grill no outdoor cooking

Beautiful property with many bedrooms. We had more than enough space. The pool decks were perfect. We were disappointed that there was no grill for cooking at home but made the best of it. The beach was absolutely beautiful, but very rough. This is not a beach for family swim as the undertow is very strong.

This home offers everything imaginable for a beach vacation. The home itself is beautifully designed, from the interior selections to the furniture and decor. The designer and home builder really knew how to utilize the space for a beach vacation while making the entire home asthetially pleasing and every detail stunning. The amount of porches and outdoor living areas is wonderful - we used those spaces the entire stay. There is also so much room in the home for every guest to have privacy, with most of the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The location of the home is unbeatable with the proximity to the beach and panoramic views. The front elevation of the home has direct ocean/beach views and the rear elevation has sunset, marsh, and nature views. It is ideal that the home is right across from the beach entrance, without having to cross a main road...this made it perfect for kids and all guests to walk back and forth from the beach all day. The pool is wonderful... all day, we went from the beach to the pool, nonstop. Even though the homesite is on the corner, in the front of the community, the location is still VERY private; the rear and lot to the right of the home have thick veggetation/plants/trees and though the left side of the home is open, there is very minimum to no traffic throughout the day and night, making the entire backyard, pool, and rear outdoor living spaces very private. Since the community is gated and private, the beach was never crowded, only the families and guests staying at homes in the community were on the beach during the day, very spread out from one another. There are also many restaurants nearby that offer pickup and delivery. I am going to book this home again this fall and next summer.

The home was spotless and beautifully cleaned when we arrived. We loved the spacious communal areas, which fit our entire family comfortably. The beach access was close and very convenient, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the home was perfect for accommodating our big family. We’d absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay together!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location and amenities were perfect. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. This is the perfect house for a family with kids because its on a private street so there is no traffic. This house is conviniently located right across the street from the beach. The layout in the house was great. It was very open with lots of seating. This house also has the most beautiful view of the bay and beach. We wil definitely be staying here again.

After a major issue with another house, the homeowner was gracious enough to let our group stay at their home. We are very appreciative of his willingness to do our emergency stay as the other property was not habitable. The home was brand new, we may have been the first to stay in it. Very new, clean, and absolutely beautiful.

We loved the beach house! The living room and kitchen were spacious, making it perfect for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of the beach was stunning, and the access to the shore was incredibly convenient.
