New River Inlet Rd. 2385 - Secluded Sands

Secluded Sands looks out at water in two directions. From the decks you see the ocean and the New River Inlet, and the screened porch looks back over a pond, a marsh and the birds that live there. The house sits near the north end of North Topsail Beach.

The beach and the setting
The beach is within about 500 feet of the house. Through traffic is light out here, the night skies are dark, and fishing in the inlet is close by.

Living, kitchen and outdoor spaces
The living and dining areas share one open space with water views. The windows, flooring and furnishings have been updated. The kitchen has the standard appliances and cooking basics, plus a coffee maker and a crockpot. Outside, there are several decks with seating and a swing, and the screened porch faces the pond and marsh.

Three of the four bedrooms have a king bed, and the bunk room has five sleeping places. The beds have 11 sleeping places in all, and the maximum occupancy is 10. The house has four full bathrooms.

Good to know
Weather, tides and shifting sand can change the road to the house, and a four-wheel-drive vehicle may be needed. Check access conditions before you travel.
Plan on stairs.
The house has a security camera.
Dogs are welcome, and a pet fee applies.
Sheets and towels are available for an additional fee.

At Secluded Sands, the day can start with the ocean from the deck and end on the screened porch, looking out over the marsh.
