New River Inlet Rd. 1214 - Coastal Treasure

Coastal Treasure has views in two directions. The house is oceanfront, with the Atlantic out front, and the bonus room has a balcony that faces the inlet instead. That makes three balconies facing the water: two on the ocean side upstairs and one on the inlet.

The beach and the water
Coastal Treasure sits on the oceanfront in North Topsail Beach, with ocean and inlet views. A deck gives everyone a place outside, and the outdoor shower rinses off the sand before anyone heads back in. Fishing, golf and a public boat ramp are nearby for days off the beach.

Living, kitchen and outdoor spaces
The kitchen is equipped for vacation cooking, with a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Mornings start in the ocean-facing breakfast area, where the first cup of coffee comes with the Atlantic in view. A half bathroom is just off the kitchen on the main floor.

The bonus room is the spot for games and downtime, and its balcony looks out over the inlet. Smart TVs and Wi-Fi cover movie nights and streaming, and a washer and dryer handle the beach towels.

Where everyone sleeps
Five bedrooms are split across two floors, with three full bathrooms and a half bath.
Main floor
Primary bedroom: one king bed, on the ocean side of the house. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is off this room.
Upstairs
Ocean-side bedroom: one queen bed, opens onto an ocean balcony
Second ocean-side bedroom: one queen bed, opens onto an ocean balcony
Street-side bedroom: two twin beds
Street-side bunk room: one queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed
Two full bathrooms are upstairs, one on each side of the house.

The layout keeps the king bedroom on its own floor, away from the four upstairs bedrooms, while the two ocean balconies upstairs give those rooms a view of their own.
