At Breeze Chateau, the ocean views come from more than one deck, so a big group has room to spread out outside with the water in view. Inside, the living spaces are open and shared, and an elevator serves the house.

The beach and the water
Breeze Chateau is on LaCosta Place in North Topsail Beach. The nearest beach access is about a tenth of a mile from the house, which puts swimming, surfing and shell hunting within easy reach. Guests also have use of the community pool when it is open on the community's schedule.

Fishing, kayaking, miniature golf and wildlife viewing are nearby, and so are a golf course and a public boat ramp.

Living, kitchen and outdoor spaces
The house is recently built, with fresh coastal finishes and professionally curated interiors. The open living area is set up for time together, with comfortable seating and room for everyone. The full kitchen has modern appliances, everyday essentials, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, enough for a quick breakfast before the beach or a full dinner for the house.

The decks are where the day starts and ends: coffee in the morning sea breeze, a stretch of afternoon sun, and a place to sit after the beach with the ocean in view.

The house also has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, wireless internet and television with satellite or cable service.

Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool. The home does not have beach access so it was a little unnerving walking so far with no sidewalks and a 45 mph speed limit on the road (we had several small children). The ad listed a grill but there was not one on site. We had a great week!
