Wave Chateau was finished in 2025, and from the house you can see both the ocean and the sound. The interiors were professionally designed with modern coastal finishes, and an elevator serves the house.

The beach and the water
Wave Chateau is on LaCosta Place in North Topsail Beach. The nearest beach access is about a tenth of a mile from the house. Spend the day swimming, surfing or looking for shells, then come back to views of the ocean and the sound. When you want a break from the sand, guests share a community pool.

Fishing, kayaking, miniature golf and wildlife viewing are all close by, along with a golf course and a public boat ramp.

Living, kitchen and outdoor spaces
Inside, the rooms are bright, with modern coastal finishes and comfortable furniture. The living area has room for the whole group to sit together. The kitchen has modern appliances, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, so a quick breakfast before the beach and a big dinner after it both come together without much fuss. Outside, the decks and the grill are where a long beach day usually ends. The house is a fresh, comfortable home base for time on North Topsail Beach.

The house also has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, wireless internet and television with satellite or cable service.

We had a great stay! The house was super clean, felt brand new, and was exactly as described. It was also just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it really convenient. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting North Topsail Beach!
