Saltwater Therapy gives every bedroom its own bathroom. With five ensuite bedrooms, a half bath and a living area on each floor, a group of 18 can share the beach all day and still have room to spread out at night.

The beach and the decks
The house is oceanfront on Island Drive in North Topsail Beach, with direct beach access from the property. Four decks look out over both the Atlantic and the sound. Coming back from the sand, there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the evening, the hot tub is waiting.

Living and kitchen
The main gathering space puts the living room, dining area and kitchen together, so meals happen with everyone in one room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Each floor has its own living area with cable TV and a DVD player, and the house has a surround-sound system. Outside, there is a covered porch, and the decks have furniture for the group.

Where everyone sleeps
Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and two queen sleeper sofas sleep up to 18.
Upper living level
Primary bedroom: king bed, on the ocean side, with its own bathroom
A half bath opens off the common area beside the primary bedroom.
Lower living level
Blue Queen Bedroom: queen bed, on the ocean side, with its own bathroom

An elevator serves the house.
Covered parking fits four vehicles, and the house has a wet-weather entrance.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is non-smoking, events are not permitted, and the person renting must be at least 21.
Linens and bed making are included.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and a dryer are provided.
