Ten bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, one for each room, and space for up to 38 people. That is the core of Topsail Sanctuary, a new oceanfront house for 2026 in North Topsail Beach. Nobody has to share a bathroom with another bedroom, and the house still has its own pool, a hot tub and an elevator.

The beach and the water
The house is oceanfront, with direct beach access from the property and ocean views. The pool and the hot tub belong to the house and are not shared with neighbors. Pool heating is available for an added fee; request it ahead of arrival, ideally at least 72 hours before you come. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is there for rinsing off sand on the way back in.

Decks and living spaces
Furnished decks run across three exterior levels, with space for outdoor dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker and a Keurig, and a third-floor half bath sits off the kitchen hall. A game room gives the group a place to gather indoors. The house has air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. The TVs are streaming only.

Ten bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, plus a bonus room with a Murphy bed, sleep up to 38.

An elevator serves the house.
Parking fits about 12 to 14 vehicles, depending on vehicle size, and there is an electric vehicle charger.
No grill is provided.
Linens and bed making are included.
Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking.
Events and parties are not permitted.
The person renting must be at least 21.

With a bathroom for every bedroom and room for 38 on the ocean, Topsail Sanctuary lets a very large group stay under one roof without a line for the shower.

AWESOME HOME!!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful new home on our annual Labor Day Weekend Beach trip to Topsail Island! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished with the most comfortable matresses! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The elevator provided many lifts to the main floor where we gathered for all of our meals and games. The kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare and serve meals with. The extra large fridge and freezer was GREAT as was the huge island! The VIEW from the 4th floor was AMAZING! We enjoyed the comfy chairs to relax while enjoying the view. The Pool was enjoyed by all every day! It has an easy entry for floating or dipping. The pretty lights and warm water were perfect for night swimming. The hot tub was also enjoyed after the sunset. We played cornhole and frisbee on the lawn. The boardwalk to the beach was very convenient. The beach was not crowded and we were even fortunate to have calm surf to enjoy swimming in. I cannot forget the \"bonus room\" that was perfect for our line dancing! The is a Fantastic house and we enjoyed all it had to offer VERY MUCH!!!
