The beach and the water
Summer Fun is oceanfront in Hampton Colony, with direct beach access from the property. The large hot tub sits on the oceanfront deck, so an evening soak comes with a view of the water. Guests can also use the Hampton Colony community pool, which is shared with the neighborhood. Fishing, golf and a public boat ramp are nearby.

Inside the house
The great room has several seating areas, so the whole group can gather in one place. The open kitchen is equipped to cook for a full house, with a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi, plus a washer and dryer for the beach towels.

Where everyone sleeps
Six bedrooms sleep up to 18. Two main suites have jetted tubs, and the main suite on the third floor opens onto two decks of its own.

Good to know
Linens and bed making are included.
Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking.
Events are not permitted.
Parking is at the house, and the house has air conditioning.
