Before you book
- Ask whether the provider’s blanket captain or blanket vessel fishing license covers your trip. A USCG captain credential alone does not establish that coverage; people 16 and older generally need their own coastal recreational fishing license unless covered by an exemption.
- Up to six guests. Book online with a deposit; the form asks how many children are under 13.
- Cancel by phone 14 or more days out for your deposit back, less a small fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours cost half the trip.
- Bring food, drinks, non-aerosol sunscreen and a towel. No glass. Tipping the mate is customary.
