Linens come plastic-wrapped in weather-resistant totes, delivered to the rental’s main entrance by 8 p.m. on check-in day, so you don’t need to be there. Before you book
- First, check what your rental includes; many homes provide linens or list them as a guest responsibility.

- Orders within 72 hours of arrival must be phoned in. Same-day delivery is offered when possible.
- At checkout, put rented items and totes outside by 10 a.m. Cancel more than two weeks ahead for a refund, minus a fee.
