Carol Sue Farms

Carol Sue Farms is a family berry farm on US 17 in north Hampstead. Pick your own strawberries in spring and blueberries in early summer, or buy them already picked. Finish with a cup of the farm’s own berry ice cream.
What stands out
Families make it an annual tradition, and the owners get warm thanks for their welcome. Kids love the picking, and the strawberry ice cream is close to a required stop. The farm also sells honey, jam, flowers and berry plants. Opening dates follow the crops, so it’s closed for much of late summer and winter.
