The home also has some accessibility features including handles by the toilets and in showers, multiple “high” toilets, and a portable shower seat for those who need to sit while showering.

The large, open floor plan, consisting of bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen areas, is ideal for groups and families and provides sweeping 180 degree ocean views. The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a prep sink, several new appliances, and all new kitchen necessities, including extras such as a slow cooker, instapot, rice cooker, Keurig, air fryer, and espresso machine. From any chair, simply turn your head to admire the amazing ocean views from the entire wall of sliding glass doors, opening to oceanfront decks.

Vacation means relaxing, so take advantage of the whole house elevator, which takes away the burden of lugging groceries and luggage up the stairs. You will be pleased with the convenient second refrigerator, located on the ground level next to the elevator. Please enjoy provided beach chairs, life jackets, sand toys, a sand wagon, sun umbrella, coolers, cornhole, and pool toys as well. After a lazy day on the beach or the pier, feel free to wash the salt and sand away in the freshwater outdoor shower with newly updated rain shower head. And when you need a break from the sand, step into the backyard and enjoy one of the few private pools on the island! Bedroom 5 has two Twin-over-Twin bunk sets (four Twin mattresses), a pond view, and a shared Jack and Jill bath with oceanfront Bedroom 4. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, a charging block, and a ceiling fan. Feel free to sleep in! All bedrooms are outfitted with blackout curtains, for your comfort. Whether you prefer to swim and fish, sunbathe and read, or nap by the sea, you will find plenty of seating inside and outside, to either socialize together or retreat for privacy. Sleeping arrangements by bedroom: Bedroom 1 (upper floor) has one King and one Twin-size futon; Bedroom 2 has one Queen and one Twin; Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one Queen; Bedroom 5 has two Twin-over-Twin bunk sets; Bedroom 6 has one King. Bedrooms 2–6 are on the first furnished floor. The maximum guest occupancy remains 15.
